I finished all my modules so why is my course survey not showing?
Are you certain you finished all your modules?
Knowledge Direct uses three indicators to show module completeness. There's a blank or clear bar next to a module, indicating the module is not started. There is a half-full bar, indicating the module is started but not finished. There is a full bar, or check mark, indicating the module is successfully finished. If your module listing shows a number of half-full bars, this means that your modules have not been successfully finished. You will likely need to either complete some activity within the modules or some assessment linked to the modules to register completion for each module. Once your modules are completed, your survey will appear.
